Probably best used as a consultant on serious cases. With her power set (see here (http://cry-reaper.livejournal.com/551.html#cutid1)), she's probably best used to determine if a patient has gone terminal. She'd also be extremely useful in triage in the case of mass-casualty events.

Adding: also with her experience, she can work with terminal patients, helping them get ready for their deaths. She's not a trained psychologist in the usual sense, but she has had training and plenty of experience.
